Emergency repairs
Call our customer services team straight away on 01225 715 715. If you need help when we are closed, call 01225 715 999 for our emergency out-of-hours service. This number only deals with real emergencies, such as:
- water or sewerage leaks
- electrical faults (but please check your trip switch and appliances first)
- damage to your home caused by storms
- obscene, racist or personally offensive graffiti.
Contractors will make the area safe by doing a temporary repair and will let us know if they need to do further work in normal office hours.
Gas leaks
All gas leaks must be reported to TRANSCO 0800 111999 or Minicom 0800 371787

Day-to-day repairs
If you need to report a repair, contact our customer services team during office hours by:
We will need to know your name, address, contact telephone number, the best times for the repair to be done, and full details of the repair (using your repair handbook to help you).
We prioritise your repair, which determines how soon someone will be able to come out to do your repair. We base our priority system on guidance from our regulator. We will let you know what your prioirity your repair is and will arrange for a contractor to come fix the problem.

Once you report a repair
You can trust us to get your repair sorted for you!
Once your repair has been completed, please return your repair satisfaction questionnaire so we know what we are doing right and what we need to work on.
