Building new homes

We work closely with other housing associations, partnering organisations and local councils to build new homes within an hour's drive of our office in Trowbridge.

We will build over 270 new homes between 2012 and 2015.

Between April and December 2013 we have completed 115 new homes and in 2014 we will complete over more 100 new homes.

The majority of these homes will be advertised through Homes 4 Wiltshire.

We are committed to meeting the need for more affordable homes, and we are always interested in talking to developers, landowners and private individuals who can help us to achieve this.

We have a track record of developing affordable homes, from difficult sites in towns and villages to Section 106 schemes.

If you have land that has planning permission for housing or may be appropriate for residential development, please contact Paul Walsh on 01225 715 715 or by email at development@selwoodhousing.com
