Building new homes

Building new homes We work closely with other housing associations, partnering organisation’s and local councils to build new homes within an hour's drive of our office in Trowbridge.

We develop a range of affordable homes, from difficult sites in towns and villages to Section 106 schemes, shared ownership properties and market sale. The profit from the market sale properties will help to fund more affordable rented homes.

We completed 109 homes between April 2015 and March 2016. 62 being affordable properties, 24 for social rent, 11 shared ownership and 12 for extra care.

This year we have over 500 new homes in our development pipeline. The majority of these homes will be advertised through Homes 4 Wiltshire or Homefinder Somerset.
