Floating support service for people with learning difficulties

Floating support for people with learning difficulties is a home visiting service to enable them to live independently in their own home. The aim of the service is to help people build their day-to-day living skills and confidence.

This service is funded by Wiltshire Council

How can we help you?

If you have learning difficulties and need help to manage your own home or maintain a tenancy agreement our Housing Support Service may be able to help you.

We can help you with:

  • Housing
  • Dealing with your money
  • Eating healthy food
  • Helping you to keep your home clean & comfortable
  • Keeping in touch with family & friends
  • Helping you with reading, writing & filling in forms
  • Getting things fitted to make living in your home easier
  • Going to local groups or activities
  • Arrange transport
  • Help with health & care services
  • Keeping yourself safe

Although we are here to help and support you, we won't do things for you!  We will help you do things for yourself and be more independent.
