Rent statements

We send you a quarterly rent statement, which shows all the transactions on your account in the last three months.  The statement is for your information only.  It is not a demand for payment.  Or, you can see your last ten transactions online whenever you like by signing up to myaccount.

But, if your statement shows that you owe us money, it is important that you contact your payment adviser so you don't get further into debt.

If you would like to order an up-to-date statement please email your name and address to  - we will send it within five working days.
