Supported housing

We own and manage registered care homes and supported housing schemes, for people with learning and physical disabilities. These homes or schemes support people with a range of needs, from those who require specialist, continuous care, to people who can live independently with support. We work with a range of partners, and work closely with Wiltshire Council to ensure our properties continue to meet the specialist needs that the services are designed for.

We will soon be offering an enhanced landlord service across our 17 supported housing schemes. Our team of sheltered coordinators will be the first point of contact for our supported housing customers to answer any questions or queries.

Sheltered housing

Sheltered housing is for people over the age of 50, who are planning for retirement and would benefit from the support on offer, or younger applicants with disabilities who also require this support.
