Getting involved means you can influence services and make a real difference. It leads to better decision making, improved services and increased customer satisfaction. It’s also a great way to meet new people – and can even help you develop work-related skills, improve your digital skills and gain volunteering experience.
Involving customers in decision making is essential to deliver great homes and services. We work alongside staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
To get involved, you don’t any need previous experience: just enthusiasm and a desire to improve services. If you want to get involved, full training will be provided and all reasonable out of pocket expenses will be paid for your involvement.
It’s really up to you! We have lots of ways for you to get involved both face to face and from the comfort of your home, depending on what your interests are and how much time you can spare.
