Why are we asking for customer views?

Our customer's views matter to us. We want to make sure that we can tailor our activities, so that they can help us to shape and improve our services.

What are we asking?

Our short survey will ask questions to help us find out:

  • What our customers want to have their say about
  • How they would like to do this
  • How we can support them to have their voice heard

Who are we asking?

We are asking all new customers to Selwood Housing, including tenants and leaseholders.

What will we do with the results?

We will use the results to create effective and appropriate involvement opportunities for our customers. These results will also be shared on our website.
