Every 3 years we ask all customers how they would like to be involved in decision making opportunities at Selwood Housing, how they would like to be kept informed about changes that may affect them and how they can influence shaping services to best fit tenants needs.
Who did we ask?
Every Selwood customer was personally invited to take part in this survey, either online or via a paper survey. Just over 1,000 customers responded which is an excellent response rate.
What was the outcome?
