Project Horizon focus groups

Do you want to make a real difference?

Over the last couple of years, we have been working hard to transform our services to make them better for our customers. This includes making our services more digital and accessible. Horizon is the name of our programme to make this happen.

With the first phase of work going live in 2023, we are looking to create a group of customers who are interested in being part of our upcoming work. This is an important role to help make sure our customer's views are at the heart of our improvements.

You will help us to…

• Re-design our services by telling us what does and doesn't work and how we might make them better for you. You will also be the first to test out our new ways of working.
• Design and test our new customer portal to make sure it has everything you need and is easy to use.

You'd be perfect for the role if…

• You're passionate about making sure our services reflect what our customers want.
• You can commit 2-3 hours to attend a 'task and finish' focus group on various topics.
• You are able to work from home and you have access to the internet, or you can attend sessions at our office in Trowbridge.

We're offering in return…

• £10 an hour for your time (this can be paid in shopping vouchers credited to your rent account or donated to our charity of the year).
• Money towards travel costs (if attending sessions at our office in Trowbridge).
