Scrutiny team review

Review of complaints

We at Selwood Housing Group take complaints very seriously, and because of this the scrutiny team opted to review the current complaint processes and procedure to ascertain effectiveness, value for money, ease of use, clarity, objectivity, accessibility and fairness.

The scrutiny team also undertook a survey of customers to gain a range of views from those who had used the procedure and made a complaint.
