Review of customer care

The scrutiny team chose to review customer care within the Selwood Housing Group, where they made a series of recommendations.

The review proposed the improvement of the way customer care is managed, by developing appropriate ongoing training for staff to enable them to write effective and accessible letters and emails to customers.

Other recommendations included improving the most cost effective ways to access services for all customers, improving the reception experience and develop a more proactive focused approach to customer feedback.
