Recruiting new scrutiny team members

Do you want to make your voice heard?

Our customer Scrutiny team are currently looking for new members to join them to help shape our services at Selwood Housing.

Reviewing our services from a customer's point of view, and making recommendations on how we can improve them, is the core aim of the team.

The scrutiny team completes several reviews every year. Each review examines a different process or area with Selwood Housing. For example, past reviews have examined customer communications and customer complaints.

This year, with the support of tenant engagement experts Tpas, the scrutiny team will be trialling intensive ‘bootcamp’ reviews. These will take place over 2 days and involve scrutiny team members and customers.

As a scrutiny team member you'll have access to relevant training courses, and every month you'll receive incentives for your time. We will reimburse reasonable expenses and pay towards your internet costs.

We'd love to hear from you.

How do I get involved?

Have a look at the person specification. If you think the role is right for you, please fill out an application form and return it to us.

The involvement and communities team will be in touch to arrange an in-person informal chat with the scrutiny team. These will be taking place on 5 and 6 April 2023.

The deadline to apply is Sunday 2 April 2023.

Is this role for me?

Please review the person specification below before sending an application to make sure that the role is right for you.
