In this current severe weather, some customers may experience issues with their boilers. As we are currently operating with a minimal staff team it may be that we cannot reach you today.
If you're currently experiencing error messages on your boiler, the following may help to get your boiler up and running:
- Error message E119 - pressure drop. It's possible to re-pressurise some boilers (not a Solo Baxi). Check your boiler instructions for details. If these aren't to hand, you may find a digital copy via an online search.
- Error message E133 - interruption of gas. This may mean that you have run out of gas if you are on a gas meter. You may find that if you top up, the error message remains. You will need to reset your boiler. This can sometimes take 6 or 7 attempts before the error message is removed. If you have a smart meter, sometimes this will need resetting too.
