The purpose of this policy is to ensure that customers with serious concerns about improper conduct or malpractice by any of Selwood Housing Group, including staff, contractors or Board members, can come forward on a confidential basis to express those concerns.
Whistleblowing is the process by which customers can report this, it is not about service failures or non-performance. The term 'customers' in this context relates to anyone who receives a service from us.

Selwood Housing Group customers are invited to read this policy and advise on any concerns they may have by Sunday 15 July 2018. All responses should be emailed to email@example.com.
Our contract for grounds maintenance will be due for renewal shortly. This large contract covers grass cutting, hedges, borders and hard surface areas on land owned by Selwood Housing, including Sheltered Housing schemes. We're consulting around 200 customers through a survey and focus group, to learn about their experiences of the service and what they would like to see covered in the new contract.
This project aims to help our customers reduce the cost of heating in their homes. We're inviting a small group of our customers living in Codford, near Warminster, to take part in a pilot project where they will have one of four new heating systems installed in their home. Beginning in July 2018, over the next nine months we'll monitor what difference this makes to our customers heating costs. We will then use our learnings from this to help decide how we will heat our customers' homes in the future.
The scrutiny team is an independent customer group that makes sure that at Selwood Housing, our services are effective and that our ways of working take into account our customers perspective.
