The scrutiny team is an independent customer group that makes sure that at Selwood Housing, our services are effective and that our ways of working take into account our customers perspective.
The scrutiny team is part of something called co-regulation, which is where tenants, rather than the government, make sure that housing associations are doing what they should be doing.
The team produces reports and recommendations for service improvements, for our leadership team and Board. You can review these reports opposite.
We currently have eight customers who make up our scrutiny team.
The scrutiny team have recently completed a report regarding our approach to antisocial behaviour. This report was recently taken to our Board.
The scrutiny team are currently revisiting their 2016/17 planned maintenance review to see what progress has been made.
