We are inviting customers to join our scrutiny team.

Do you want to challenge our performance and service delivery?

The scrutiny team provides customers with an opportunity to examine and challenge the way we deliver our services across the Group, for both Selwood Housing and Silcoa.

Are you enthusiastic about customers having a voice?

Scrutiny is an important part of how Selwood Housing Group is run. No formal qualifications are required - just enthusiasm. Scrutiny team members give their time voluntarily, but we provide training and will pay any expenses that you incur.

Can you work as part of a team?

This is a varied role and will involve participating in team meetings, meeting with staff, looking at performance and writing reports.

If you answer 'yes' to all of the above, we'd love to hear from you. The next stage is to complete our application form.
