Do you think the fault could be with one of your appliances? Next check that an appliance in your home isn't causing your fuse board to trip.

You should also check your fuse board and trip switches before you contact us.

If you've completed all of these steps and still haven't been able to identify the issue, call us on

Please note - If only a trip on the consumer unit is found or a fault with your appliances, you may be charged.

If you've completed these steps and still haven't been able to identify the issue, call us on 01225 715 715. (It's worth noting that if the above steps aren't checked before calling us, you could be charged if we attend your home.)
