Here are our current developments. These new properties will provide housing for social and affordable rent as well as homes for shared ownership in our communities.

Selwood Housing Group have now signed contracts for a new land led site at John Bull, Trowbridge, to deliver nine new homes; 6 for social rent and 3 for shared ownership. These will be a mix of two and three-bed homes
These homes are anticipated to complete in spring 2023.
Selwood Housing Group have now signed contracts for a new land led site at Polebarn Road, Trowbridge, to deliver eighteen new homes; 13 for social rent and 5 for shared ownership.
These homes are anticipated to complete in summer 2023.
We have signed contracts David Wilson for with 68 homes, 40 will be affordable rent and 28 for shared ownership. These 68 homes include a mix of one and two bed apartments as well as two-four bed homes
Anticipated to complete in phases from spring 2021 – spring 2023.
We have signed contracts with CG Fry to deliver 23 homes, 12 for affordable rent and 11 for shared ownership. The 23 properties include a mix of one bed apartments as well as two and three bed houses.
The first phase completed in January 2020 with further properties due to complete in phases from autumn 2021 – early 2023.
We have signed contracts with Barratt Homes and David Wilson to deliver a total of 90 homes, 54 for affordable rent and 36 for shared ownership. The 90 homes will include a mix of one and two bed apartments, as well as two, three and four bed houses.
These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from summer 2020 - early 2023.
We have signed contracts with Newland Homes to deliver 10 homes, 6 for affordable rent and 4 for shared ownership. The ten properties include a mix of one and two bed apartments as well as two and three bed houses.
These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from spring 2023 – winter 2023.
We have signed contracts with Redrow to deliver 14 homes, 8 for affordable rent and 6 for shared ownership. The 14 properties will include a mix of one bed apartments as well as two, three and 4 bed houses.
These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from winter 2022 – spring 2023.
We have signed contracts with Persimmon Homes to deliver 22 properties, 11 for affordable rent and 11 for shared ownership.
The majority of the homes are now built and came over in phases from 2018-2019 with the 3 remaining shared ownership properties anticipated to complete in February 2020.
We have signed contracts with Newland Homes to deliver 12 homes, 7 for affordable rent and 5 for shared ownership. The 12 homes will be a mix of 1 bed apartments and two-three bed houses
These properties are anticipated to complete from winter 2022 to early 2023.
We have signed contracts with Persimmon to deliver 80 homes. 48 for affordable rent and 32 for shared ownership. The 80 properties will include a mix of one-two bed apartments, two-four bed homes and two bed bungalows.
These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from winter 2022 – winter 2023.
We have signed contracts with Charles Church to deliver 12 homes, 6 for affordable rent and 6 for shared ownership. These will be a mix of two and three bed houses
These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from winter 2022 – spring 2023.
We have signed contracts with Hayfield Homes to deliver 15 homes, 9 for affordable rent and 6 for shared ownership. The 15 properties will include a mix of one bed apartments, two bed bungalows as well as two and three bed houses.
These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from spring 2024-summer 2024.
We have now signed contracts with Persimmon Homes to deliver 17 homes, 12 will be for social rent and five for shared ownership. These will be a mix of one bed apartments as well as two, three and 4 bed houses.
These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from summer 2022 – winter 2022.
We have signed contracts with Bovis Homes to deliver 40 properties; 30 for affordable rent and 10 for shared ownership. The 40 properties will include a mix of one-bedroom apartments and two, four bedroom houses.
These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from summer 2019 to winter 2023.
We have now signed contracts with David Wilson Homes to deliver 25 homes, 21 for social rent and 4 for shared ownership. The 25 properties will include a mix of one bed apartments and two-four bed houses.
These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from summer 2022 to spring 2023.
