Neighbourhood managers

We have a team of neighbourhood managers who are here to help you enjoy your home and neighbourhood. Find details for your local neighbourhood manager below.

Shaun Church

Shaun is a senior neighbourhood manager at Selwood Housing.

Shaun is responsible for overseeing the areas managed by Mike Grizzell, Laura Pictor and Kirsty Newton.

Mike Grizzell

Mike covers Trowbridge North and West, including:

Seymour, Hilperton and Staverton, Town Central, North Bradley, Southwick, Steeple Ashton, Keevil and West Ashton.

Laura Pictor

Laura covers the following areas:

Warminster and Corsley.

Kirsty Newton

Kirsty covers the following areas:

Amesbury, Wylie Valley, Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Trowbridge Villages, Salisbury.

Paul Spriggs

Paul is a senior neighbourhood manager at Selwood Housing.

Paul is responsible for overseeing the areas managed by Louise Cowler, Beverley Breeds and Sarah Johnson.

Louise Cowler

Louise covers Melksham and the surrounding areas.

Beverley Breeds

Beverley covers the following areas:

Westbury, Dilton Marsh, Bratton, Eddington, Frome, Beckington, Shepton Mallet, Evercreech, Kilmersdon and Writhlington.

Sarah Johnson

Sarah covers the following areas:

Atworth, Bradford on Avon, Broughton Gifford, Bowerhill, Holt, Lower Westwood, South Wraxall and Winsley.

Neighbourhood services manager

Jason Humphries manages the overall neighbourhood team.

Neighbourhood assistants and housing officer

We also have four neighbourhood assistants and a housing officer, who provide additional support to the team. Becky, Sophie, Hannah, Lyndsey and Alison provide housing management and administrative support.
