Our Stronger Communities Fund is a grant scheme where we offer funding of up to £5,000 for projects that benefit our residents and tenants, or community initiatives on our estates. We consider projects for the funding that help to deliver one or more of the following outcomes:
If you require funding for a project that would benefit our residents and tenants, or communities in any of our estates, you can apply for funding by completing the Stronger Communities grant application form and emailing it to our involvement team.

Our funding for this project provided Step-Up Pre-School in Dilton Marsh with a brand new heating and hot water system ahead of the autumn.
We are pleased support Collaborative Schools Limited (CSL) in securing a total of £35,000 to purchase new devices for families and children to support their education and access digital learning.
Our support ensured that this fantastic charity was able to continue its important work in supporting some of our most vulnerable families, alleviating poverty and raising standards of living in the local area.
We invested funds in the revamp of this local skatepark to provide young people with free and accessible space for various action sports.
From our Stronger Communities Fund we were able to provide support to local food banks in a time when it was most critical.
Our support in this project provided training tops for players of a local youth football club, giving them a sense of belonging and pride in their team.
Our investment in this project helped to bring the community of Trowbridge together to share in the magic of Christmas and light up the town!
In 2019 we supported a local event which helped to bring together the local community to share in a day of food, culture and celebrations.
