Apply for funding from our Stronger Communities Fund

To apply for funding through our Stronger Communities Fund, please complete the application form below. The application form is in three sections:

  • About your organisation: Use this section to provide as much information as possible about your organisation.
  • About your project: Tell us about your project and the objectives. How will your project influence people in your community? Will the project help to meet a community need or address an issue affecting your community?
  • Confirmation and declaration: Complete this section to confirm you have read and understood the qualifying criteria, terms and conditions and processes.
