New contractors’ code of conduct
This new code of conduct will be a part of all future contracts that Selwood Housing Group agree with new external contractors, or when we renew a current contract, excluding new builds. The reason for this is to ensure that you receive a consistent level of customer service from any operative attending your home, whether they are a Selwood Housing Group employee or someone from a contracted company.
