How to request a repair
Before requesting a repair, visit our tips and advice pages. These show the types of repairs that are your responsibility to carry out as part of the basic upkeep and maintenance of your home.
If something in your home isn’t working properly and you can’t find what you need on our tips and advice pages, you can report a repair to us in several ways:
