Trowbridge Child and Young People Wellbeing Partnership is celebrating the successful completion of its TeenTrowbridge project, which has supported the wellbeing of teenagers in the local community.
The project, completed on 4 July 2026, was supported by Selwood Housing through the Stronger Communities Fund, which helps local organisations deliver projects that make a positive difference to Selwood Housing customers and their communities.
TeenTrowbridge has provided an important opportunity to focus on the needs of young people in Trowbridge, helping to strengthen support, encourage connection and create positive spaces where teenagers can feel heard, included and valued.
Colin Kay, Chair of Trowbridge Child and Young Person Wellbeing Partnership, said: “TeenTrowbridge has been a valuable project for young people in our community, helping to support their wellbeing and strengthen the opportunities available to them locally. We are grateful to Selwood Housing’s Stronger Communities Fund for helping us bring this project to life.”

The Stronger Communities Fund supports community-led projects that benefit Selwood Housing customers and the neighbourhoods they live in, helping local groups deliver activities and initiatives that bring people together and improve wellbeing.
TeenTrowbridge is a strong example of how local partnership working and community investment can make a meaningful difference, supporting young people to feel more connected to their community and better supported for the future.
