“over 90% of staff feel that this is a great place to work”
Recently, we undertook an all staff survey to understand what our staff like about working here, what they’d like to improve and to understand their views to help shape our ongoing strategy to make this a great place to work.
We saw a fantastic response rate of 86%. This level of engagement gives us a really clear picture of what our staff feel and what are next steps should be.
We were very happy to see that over 90% of staff feel that Selwood Housing Group is a great place to work.
From our 121 interviews we also know that staff really rate our flexible working approach and that staff feel positive about how we’ve responded to the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.
