Rent a garage

Rent a garage with us

Your possessions are priceless and most of us at one time or another run out of storage space. Whether it's a car that you need to keep safe, children's toys or your winter wardrobe, renting a garage can be a great solution to freeing up some extra space at the home.

What's more, you don't have to be a Selwood Housing customer to rent a garage (although we do prioritise our customers if needed).

We have over 70 garage sites in West Wiltshire, available in Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Melksham, Warminster, Westbury and surrounding villages.

Renting a garage currently costs from £12.52 a week for Selwood Housing customers and from £15.02 a week for everyone else. Pricing does sometimes vary by location.

To rent a garage, complete our application form below. We will then add you to our waiting list.

Local household recycling centres in Wiltshire have a great community paint reuse scheme which allows residents and community groups to collect free water-based paint which would have normally gone to waste.

If you have any leftover tins of water-based paint (ideally over half full) that are still in a usable condition and you’re unsure of how to get rid of it, take them along to your local HRC to promote reuse and prevent waste.

Thank you to everyone who interacted with our video earlier in the week about our site on Polebarn Road in Trowbridge. In this extended version, Paul provides further details on the project itself and the properties built. He also explains the benefits of shared ownership.

Keep up to date with the latest properties we have for sale by following the Selwood Sales team on Facebook.
