We have signed contracts with Ashford Homes to deliver twelve homes; Seven for affordable rent and five for shared ownership. The twelve properties will include a mix of one bed apartments and two – three bed homes. These properties are anticipated to complete in phases from autumn 2025 – winter 2025.
