We want to support our customers to look after their health and wellbeing, both mental and physical. If you feel you’re struggling with any aspect of your health and wellbeing, you can talk to your neighbourhood manager who can offer advice on which support services are available and may be able to refer you to a particular service.
Zurich General Insurance offer a free health and wellbeing service. Customers can call 0800 542 5519 to access counselling support. The support entitles you to five free counselling sessions, either face to face or by phone or video. Referrals can be made for longer term support if necessary. Counsellors offer non-judgemental support and advice and you will always speak to someone highly qualified with the relevant qualifications.
You can find out more information in this leaflet.
