We have a small number of homes that we can let directly, as they come with specific criteria or have been available for some time.
To be successful in applying for any of our properties you must qualify as having a housing need.
The same lettings process applies to our direct lets as homes advertised via the local authority. Visit our lettings process page for further information.
All of our direct lets are advertised here when available, but if you need more information or advice, please speak to our lettings team.
We don't currently have any general needs properties available for direct let. As soon as these are available, they will be added to this page, so keep checking back.
Sheltered housing is for people over the age of 50, who are planning for retirement and would benefit from the support on offer, or younger applicants with disabilities who also require this support. Properties on the sheltered housing scheme are still your own home, with your own front door and are not residential care homes. However you can benefit from additional help and support if and when you need it.
For further information about sheltered housing and what it offers, visit our sheltered housing page.
All applicants must meet the criteria for sheltered housing and demonstrate a need for this service. Full details of the criteria can be found in the lettings policy.
We don't currently have any sheltered housing properties available for let. As soon as these are available, they will be added to this page, so keep checking back.
