At present, we’re unable to provide MCS certificates for the solar panels installed, as customers are not currently eligible to sign up for the smart export guarantee (SEG) scheme with our systems. Selwood Housing has been exploring this possibility, but due to ongoing practical and legal complexities—particularly around ownership and export rights—we’re not in a position to support SEG requests at this time.

We understand this may be disappointing. For now, the best way to benefit from the system is to make use of the electricity generated during the day while you're at home, which will help reduce your reliance on grid energy and lower your bills.
