Scrutiny team review – general needs caretaking review

The customer scrutiny team recently examined how we deliver caretaking services in our general needs housing. To assess performance, they reviewed our policies and procedures, gathered customer feedback through an online survey and telephone interviews, and spoke directly with the head of service and caretakers to understand the quality of service.

Based on their findings, the team presented seven recommendations to our Board of Directors, all of which were approved in October 2025. We’ve now put an action plan in place, and the supported housing manager will keep the scrutiny team updated on progress.
