Selwood Housing adopted the Together with Tenants charter in 2019 to help strengthen its relationship with customers. The charter was co-designed by the National Housing Federation and social housing residents, and sets out seven key themes that landlords are encouraged to work towards. These themes are reflected in our customer involvement and communities strategy.
