Our STAIRS publication scheme

What is STAIRs?

The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) is a new UK Government regulation to help ensure all social housing customers can easily access important information about their homes, landlord, and the services they receive.

As part of these new regulations, our STAIRS Publication Scheme (below) brings together important information about our housing services and makes it easier for customers to understand how we operate and to hold us to account.

We’ll review this information regularly and update links and details when our records change. If you need help to find, read or understand this information, or need it in another format, please contact us. We can discuss reasonable adjustments and accessible formats with you.
