🛠We recently invited customers to review our repairs service. Following their feedback, we've created a new webpage which gives a clear explanation of our repairs service, details of how we categorise repairs and our response times.
For emergency repairs we aim to respond the same day, priority repairs by the end of the next working day and routine repairs within either 30 or 60 days. Find out more on our repairs service webpage: ecs.page.link/1M67h
