The Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code & our self-assessment

The purpose of the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code is to enable landlords to resolve complaints raised by their residents quickly and to use the learning from complaints to drive service improvements.

The Housing Ombudsman expects landlords to carry out regular self-assessment against the Complaints Handling Code. We have completed a self-assessment against the Code which can be found on page 17 of the Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code.
