Each year we produce a customer annual report to enable customers to easily review our performance for the previous year.

The customer annual report 2022/23 highlights key facts and figures about our services alongside information about lettings and new homes. It also shows how we involved customers in shaping our services.

Highlights included handing over keys to our 7000th home. As a locally based housing association, this is a proud achievement. We also completed our first 100% EPC 'A' rated scheme and continued our programme of improvements for customers' homes with a particular focus on improving energy efficiency.

Another high point was the family fun day and community garden makeover at Studley Green in Trowbridge which marked the end of our pilot Priority Neighbourhoods project.
