Fixing an E133 fault on your Baxi Duo-tec boiler

Boiler graphic

This guide outlines what to do to get your Baxi Duo-tec boiler working again if it's displaying an E133 fault.

Check your gas metre is on and that you have enough credit available.  Once you've checked the gas metre, follow these steps to reset the boiler:

  • Go back to the display on your boiler.
  • Reset the boiler by turning the switch on the left to the ‘R' for a couple of seconds, and then back to the original setting.
  • The boiler should then reset and the green heating light will come on. The gas symbol should also turn on shortly.
