What to do if you have hot water but no heating

Have you got no heating but your hot water is still working? The below takes you through the steps to take if this is happening in your home.

 

• First, check your thermostat is set to the highest setting. 
• Check your programmer is 'ON' and set to 'continuous'. You can do this by pressing the ‘mode' button to switch to continuous. The green light should now illuminate.  
• The radiator light should now be showing on your boiler.  
• The flame light should then shortly turn on, showing that your boiler is running and the heating should start to work.
