Involvement opportunities

Have your say

Getting involved at Selwood Housing means our customers can influence services and make a real difference. It's important our customers share their thoughts, opinions and ideas as this leads to better decision making, improved services and increased satisfaction.

Throughout the year, we have lots of different opportunities for our customers to get involved and we often offer rewards in return. You don't need any previous experience and we have lots of ways for you to get involved, depending on how much time you can spare.

Would you like to know how Selwood Housing prioritise upgrades in your homes?

All housing associations must provide homes that meet the decent homes standard with requirements based on age, condition, and comfort. Selwood Housing has a long-term maintenance plan to manage and carry out required work to keep our homes in good condition.

We want your help in discussing how Selwood Housing prioritise their upgrades which includes the replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, boilers and re-roofing and how they communicate this with you.
