Following the 'end of tenancy' review, the scrutiny team felt there was a need to review how we manage empty properties. These are commonly referred to as voids.
This review focused on turnaround time, lettable standards and customer satisfaction.

The team recommends that on a trial basis, Selwood provides room layout/floor plans to prospective tenants in an attempt to avoid refusals and improve acceptance
The above action is planned to be looked at during 2023/2024 as part of our digital transformation project, Horizon.
